Nuestro sistema de monitoreo registró una posible caída en los servicios de Resend y Supabase, aunque ambos continúan operando con normalidad.
La causa se debe a una configuración de heartbeat demasiado frecuente que generó reportes falsos de inactividad.
Estamos ajustando la frecuencia de verificación y los tiempos de respuesta en Better Stack para evitar futuras notificaciones erróneas.
No se ha visto afectado el funcionamiento de la plataforma LTS Move.

Nuestro sistema de monitoreo detectó una degradación en los servicios de inteligencia artificial utilizados por la plataforma LTS Move. La incidencia se originó debido a una configuración de health check con alta frecuencia que incluía llamadas automáticas al modelo de IA, lo que ocasionó el consumo total del límite diario de solicitudes del proveedor externo y la consecuente indisponibilidad temporal de funcionalidades dependientes de dicho servicio.
